Pay My Bill
If your account is DISCONNECTED or about to be disconnected, you MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE BEFORE YOU MAKE ONLINE OR PHONE PAYMENT. These payments normally process on the following work day unless we are notified to check a specific account as payment is made. Paying online or by phone will not prevent disconnection and service charges if you don't call the office to let us know. After-hours and weekend payments will likewise not get service restored to disconnected meters until the next working day. Please call 601-681-6157 Monday-Thursday between 7 am and 3:30 pm, or Friday between 7 am and 1:00 pm.
NLWA has partnered with NexBillPay as our electronic payment processor for both online and telephone payment options. We selected them because they meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards for securely handing electronic payments and personally-identifiable information. NexBillPay adds a small additional fee to each transaction for their services.
Call 888-389-7041 to pay your bill by phone any time of day. This automated voice payment system will ask for you to enter checking account, credit card, or debit card information.
Pay by Check
Make checks payable to NLWA. You can drop them in the Office drop-box any time or mail them to: PO Box 143, Bailey MS 39320.
Pay by Automated Bank Draft
Fill out the Automated Payment Authorization form and bring it to the office. We will set up automatic payment of your bill each month approximately 5-7 days after its mailing date. You can call the office to pause or stop this at any time.
Pay by Cash
All cash payments must be made at the Office at 9709 Mount Carmel Road, either at the counter during working hours, or in the drop-box after hours. Employees outside the Office cannot accept payments.
